InGuardians acquires UtiliSec, expanding its services and expertise in ICS security and training.

Seattle, WA, January, 2018 – InGuardians is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of UtiliSec, an information security consultancy focused on industrial control system security and training. UtiliSec’s founder, Justin Searle, has joined InGuardians as Director of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security. The acquisition provides InGuardians with additional industry expertise and bench strength.
